TraceDXF self-created engineering material, 2026-10-17. CC0-1.0.
Reproduce: pnpm exec tsx scripts/keyword-first-materials.ts
Main source: 220 x 160 pixels, white margin. Target size uses the traced artwork bounds, not the full canvas: 100 x (200/3) mm. Serialized SVG height is 66.666666667 mm.
Main topology: one external boundary, one rectangular hole, one unbridged L-shaped island inside the hole. Three closed contours. The island is a separate piece if cut; it is not a supported stencil. The right-side stepped extension is the orientation cue.
SVG: mm root dimensions, evenodd fill, true paths. DXF: AC1015 ASCII, three closed LWPOLYLINE entities, $INSUNITS=4 (mm), layer 0; SVG top-left y-down is reflected to DXF y-up.
Contour SVG is a pixel-canvas illustration, not a physically sized delivery file.
Counterexample: six grayscale bands (32,68,104,140,176,212) intended to retain tonal intensity. Threshold 128 retains only the first three bands. Its outline SVG is a diagnostic demonstration, not a laser cutting recommendation or centerline. No counterexample DXF is delivered.
SVG and DXF of the main sample are production-library exports with production reparse checks and an independent dxf-parser check. No browser decode, AutoCAD/LightBurn native import, machine operation, kerf, material strength or machine safety was tested. Self-intersections and machining suitability remain unchecked.
Raster source and binary are deliberately identical for this exact monochrome input. No external artwork, fonts or image service was used.
