Self-authored TraceDXF engineering materials, 2026-10-17. CC0-1.0. N05: editor-check.svg and geometry-only counterpart are manually authored engineering fixtures, not native editor exports. Two SVG colors remain in both SVG files. The parser flags and omits live text with ELEMENT_text/not_checked. The current UI blocks DXF download for this source issue; text-omitted-observed.dxf deliberately reproduces the former omission via raw APIs as a diagnostic failure artifact, not a complete usable export. DXF preserves geometry only, without source colors. See editor-check-observations.json. Reproduce: pnpm exec tsx scripts/keyword-second-materials.ts N03: new chamfered plate, 60 x 40 mm with 12 x 8 mm rectangular hole. Vector branch preserves five outer vertices; raster branch stair-steps the diagonal at 4 px/mm. These are distinct creation methods, not identical entity counts or manufacturing accuracy. Manual CAD coordinates are an unexecuted factual method contract in measurement-results.json. Raster source is a 240 x 160 lossless PNG; target artwork width is explicitly set to 60 mm. N04: self-drawn 192 x 128 canvas, antialiased diagonal edges, rectangular hole and two 1 px gray lines; clean PNG and browser JPEG encodings at quality 0.92 and 0.08. Thresholds 64/128/192; no denoise or node reduction. Each input encoding starts from the clean canvas. Gray-line count measures a 70 pixel region, not universal detail quality. Quality arguments are Chromium encoder inputs, not a promise about all JPEG encoders. Pixel SVGs preserve the full 192 x 128 canvas and offsets, use true paths and contain no embedded image. Physical outputs set artwork width to 60 mm; they do not derive physical dimensions from JPEG DPI. Per-output heights are recorded. Production export/reparse and independent dxf-parser checks passed. No native CAD/LightBurn import, machine operation, kerf or material suitability tests were performed. Self-intersections remain unchecked; see inspection records. No compatibility claim.
