Your image stays in this browser
Where is my image processed?
Images are processed on your device, inside this browser tab. The application does not upload images, pixels, outlines or file names. Loading the page fetches application assets and fonts; processing your image does not send it to a server.
Does this site use analytics or cookies?
The public release uses Google Analytics 4 to understand site usage. It sends Google information such as page addresses and titles, page visits and standard interactions, device and browser information, and uses cookies to distinguish visits. Google processes this information on its servers. The engineering preview does not load Google Analytics.
This page analytics is separate from image processing. We do not send your image, file name, pixels, generated geometry, conversion parameters or custom job data to Google Analytics. No account is required to use the tool; analytics cookies can still distinguish browser visits. You can manage or block cookies in your browser, which may limit analytics collection. See Google's Privacy Policy for Google's data handling.
How long is my work kept?
The image, parameters, size and generated preview stay in this tab's memory. Opening internal help pages and changing language in the same tab keep your current work available when you return. Refreshing or closing the tab clears it. Confirming a replacement clears the previous image and result; a rejected or cancelled replacement keeps the current work.
There is no saved project or recovery after a refresh. Download the files you need before closing the tab.
What happens to downloaded files?
Your browser handles the download and its save location. Refreshing or closing this application does not delete files already saved on your device. Manage or delete those files through your browser or file manager. This application cannot confirm whether a file was saved or successfully imported; review it in your target software.
What happens if I report a problem?
When a feedback address is available, the email link opens your email application. The tool does not send a feedback email. You decide what to include and whether to send; the tool never attaches your image or generated file. Email handling then follows your email provider and the recipient's policies.
The TraceDXF operations team handles feedback at support@tracedxf.com.
